Why do this ride: East side of Alouette Lake gravel with Pitt Meadows gravel inbound and outbound

Other notes:  The GPX trail will take you a little ways past the gate with road closed sign (pictured) until a more convincing no trespassing sign (also pictured). Even without this optional section, ending at the beach/campground and then looping back, the route is well worth it.
