Note: the KVR part between Coalmont and Princeton is understood to be washed out (inaccessible) since Fall 2021. As of January 2026 the province was planning to decommission some of the KVR portion of this route due to damage from 2021 atmospheric river but there are also efforts underway to save the KVR. Check for updates.
Why do this ride: Similkameen Valley scenery and a bit of history (Coalmont).
Difficulty: Easy.
Other notes: This ride combines Old Hedley Road, Coalmont Road and a bit of Kettle Valley Railway (KVR). Could be done as separate rides for those wanting shorter distances. Note, the KVR part is understood to be washed out (inaccessible) since the 2021 atmospheric river.
